For those of you that haven't already heard there is a big all federations show to be held in Auckland,Sunday November 5 at the North Shore Events Centre. The show has been organised by IFBB pro Moe Mossawi, based out of Auckland. He has got 3 major sponsors so far-Dream Tan,Dymatize, and Bioplex. This will also feature prize money and a chance to win some sponsorship. It is NOT drug tested and is basically a chance for anyone that wants to compete, even if they haven't already done so this year. I can now visualise some incredible matchups between IFBB and NABBA competitors IFBB Pro Troy Alves will be guest poser too! I will update further once the posters come out at the end of the month

Quick update-the prizemoney has been confirmed at 10K!!!! 5K for men and 5K for women and the sponsorship is for one year. Also up for grabs is a trip to somewhere secret)Moe won't divulge it!!). Its the day after the NZFBB Taranaki Champs so hopefully a few competitors will take the opportunity of a lifetime!

At this stage its an all Kiwi affair but it has been suggested he make it a Trans tasman show-not sure on the logistics though but I'm sure he'd get a fair bit of interest from over 'the ditch'! Maybe we could even get Diggsy over here-that would pull in the women??? and Chyna too Moe is flat tack with emails-it took him a couple of days to get back to me,but be assured he is reading every single one!

Hi Ladies, I read about this competition just yesterday in Jo Rogers latest newsletter. From what I have read she says... If this is so, I think I might get a lil' bit excited and concider it. Of course it'll be all dependant on my financial situation over the next couple of months. I have a few things testing my patience right now. Nah, it wouldn't be Diggsy that would pull me over there, I have him right here, just an hours drive away if I feel like a perve LOL, Just kidding Diggsy ;D {Chyna ducks}But I will consider the comp should it be open to us lot on the other side of the ditch. It bloody well better be, you NZers are welcome to our CCI in August

Unfortunately it conflicts with the last show of the year the Tarananki champs, which is a qualifier for 07 Nats so competitors would have to decide which one to go for... For those of you that are interested heres Moes email:

there is a problem with Moe wanting to give out prize money-apparently it conflicts with the nature of 'amateur' staus so they are trying to work this out...they may have to offer supplements or sponsorship instead.
Lisa I will keep you up to date with any info I receive!

Sorry, can't remember my log-in! Apparently there is also a problem with the guest-posers now. Non-IFBB sanctioned events can't be attended by IFBB pros. I guess there should have been a bit more communication on the planning of this event between Moe and the NZFBB.

That is true-because it is not an IFBB sanctioned event,IFBB pro's are not allowed to guest pose. That is an international rule that the NZFBB has no control over unfortunately but Moe is looking into alternatives. The prizemoney issue has been resolved which is great news! There is alot fo support for this show all over NZ and it would be a shame if it did not go ahead-we need this show for the good of bodybuilding as a whole because it gives all federations a chance to showcase their best athletes!

Guest here again...So tell me this: Why can Outlaw go ahead and get IFBB sanctioning for the Country Classic Invitational, and therefore have Luke Wood guest posing, and Moe can't get the sanction. Doesn't add up to me.
