Tips on Applying Contest Colour

If you have a good colour as a base, then all you need is 4 coats of
Original Contest Colour(OCC).

Say the show is on a Saturday. You should put a coat on Thursday evening, leave on all night,in the morning shower lightly DO NOT use SOAP or similar, just rinse off with tepid water and pat dry.
Apply another coat Friday morning, leave on all day, shower again on
Friday evening as before. Apply another coat and leave on all night.

On Saturday morning shower as before and when dry apply another coat and leave it on.DO NOT SHOWER THIS OFF If you can sit in the sun it is good, if not use a hair dryer to bake it on. Before you compete allow enough time to apply Body Shimmer for the finishing coat.

Unless you have a problem with dry skin then most people say it comes off straight away. In fact thats why a lot of people like it - because it does.

The difference between Original Contest Colour & Acetone Free Contest Colour is the following:

Original CC is designed to draw small amounts of fluid out from the skin. This in turn will help you look harder on stage. It hangs on better to you skin, which is an advantage if you are sweating a lot. (As Lee Priest says " it sticks like sh*t to a blanket").

I know Dream tan has been banned from a few IFBB shows.

I encouraged Nola to switch last year to Contest Colour and she noticed a BIG difference. Dream tan tends to flatten the physique.

I first saw pics of him about 2-3 years ago, and thought OMG!, what a dish.
Imagine my suprize when I was competing at the Gold Coast and Pro Show this year. There I was, minding my own business while registering at Empire Fitness the day before when Phil comes up and says, "come have a look at this guy". I wonder over and it's him, Ronny Rockel himself, and hasn't he improved.

Think my mouth was hanging open, so I had to go hide with an attack of the shies, lol. I went up stairs, showing my friends the layout at Empire, I turned around and there he was right behind me. Oh great, I went beet red.

The next day at the comp I had the best seat in the house, right behind Ronny when he dropped his dacks to change into his posing trunks, mighty fine view it was too
