Hell I starting BB in the olden days when whey protein was non-existent. All we had was Mego Mass 4,000 and Egg Albumin...try and mix that crap in water/milk! Yep the hard core boys would make that shake and see who could stomach it...kind like a "blooding" ...back then we were even drinking diluted HCL as it makes horses grow...we didn't sprout hooves just vomoitted alot........Men were men! (or just bloody insane!!!)

yeah Lisa...you Spring Chicken....man you make me feel like everyone's grandfather...us old folk grew up on Mega Mass 10million (1,000% sugar!!!!...low carb back then was 100gms of carbs per scoop!!!) and all the other Joe Weider crap!!!!!!!!!!!!! I built a shrine when Bill Philips came along with EAS products in his honour. Tore it down when he went all "SUPER NATURAL" and kicked Dan Duchaine out of EAS so he couldn't write his informative and true story articles on the real life and habits of BB's. Yo Yarden - what sort of shakes have you done? ? Might try them. Always good to go back to basics!!!

I havn't mixed too many mediums all at once but i did do a chocolate protein, grape creatine, lemon aminos, oats (which made it nice and gluggy!) as well as some other minor things and went to town...that combo of flavours after legs doesnt sit too well
