What are your thoughts on caffeine and its effects on the body?

I have no problem with caffeine in moderation. Studies are finding health benefits from caffeine. I do try to back off in the evening, though. It take's several hours to get out of your system, and can upset your sleep cycle.

I think it is entirely individual-I can't take too much,only Diet Coke here,but some of my friends can have alot and it does nothing to their sleep at all...if I have too much its makes me nervy and anxious too...no fatburners for me!!

I always have a strong coffee before both cardio in the morning and before training in the arvo/evening. I'm a double to triple shot kind of guy for my pre-training coffees but just a single shot if it's a social coffee which isn't that often!!!
