Most of us will diet from time to time.
What do you find helps you stick to it?
My ideas:
Drinking lots of water Having a goal Keeping busy Rewarding yourself with other things other than food ie massage, new item of clothing etc Taking regular photos to see progress

my diet is simple, then again losing weight at my size isnt too difficult.
I drink a gallon of water a day, eat four or five small meals, nothing specific. Stop eating at least two and a half hours before bedtime. And the final key to the diet itself is this, if you have a craving......eat it. A small amount now, is better then a truck load later.
On top of that just regualr exercise.

I find giving myself cheat days up to 4 weeks out helps. I make it every Friday the day where I can eat and drink whatever I want. Loads my metabolism due to the large carb intake and I hit it hard the next day with cardio and legs so no chance of fat storage.
