It still amazes me when I hear of people who skip breakfast. I am always starving when I get up!
Do you have breakfast and what do you have?
I alternate between rolled oats and protein powder (an old favourite!) or egg whites on a slice of wholemeal toast.

i try not to, but unfortunatly it happens.....i love breakfast food too, i eat it for dinner all the time.....and lunch for that matter.....

I have 2 breakfasts. One at 5.30am which is a protein bar. The other at 7am which is Tuna on rice cakes or potato.

tuna on rice cakes at 7am? meow!!!!! I have 1 cup of oats with 80gms of whey protein powder in milk (of season) or water (contest time)
