1. Spicy Chicken Burgers. 400 gms chicken breast minced, 1 medium onion finely chopped, 1/2 medium carrot grated, 1/2 cup "Orgran" all purpose crumbs gluten free, 2 egg whites, 2 cloves garlic crushed, 2 dashes tobasco sauce, 1 dessert sthingy fresh oregano chopped. Method: 1. Combine minced chicken, onion, carrot, all purpose crumbs, egg whites, garlic, Tabasco sauce and oregano in a large bowl and mix well. 2. Divide mixture into four portions; shape into patties. 3. Heat a lightly oil grill or non-stick fry pan, add patties, cook on both sides until browned and cooked through. Serves four times... ENJOY! YOU CAN MAKE THE SAME PATTIES WITH LEAN MINCED MEAT, TURKEY OR TUNA.

hmmm....sounds good....never thought of putting carrots in a burger though
