Chocolate Fudge Cake
Preparation time 20 minutes
Serves 8
Ingredients
85g dark chocolate, chopped finely ½ cup cocoa powder ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup Splenda ½ cup boiling water 2 egg yolks ¼ cup ground almonds 1/3 cup wholemeal flour 4 egg whites
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line base and sides of a deep 20cm round cake tin.
Combine chocolate, cocoa, sugar, splenda, and water in a bowl, stir until smooth.
Add egg yolks, wisk to combine.
Fold in almond and flour.
Beat egg whites in a small bowl until firm peaks form, and gently fold into chocolate mixture in two batches.
Pour into prepared tin and bake for about 40 minutes. Stand in pan 5 minutes, before turning onto wire rack to cool.
Per serving: 230 calories, 7.5g fat

LOL I like the real chocolate stuff Never been a big fan of cake.

Bump that!!!! They can put a man on the moon but have yet to make fake chocolate taste like the real stuff!!!!!
