Berry Crush Desert
Preparation Time 5mins
Serves 1
Ingredients ü ¼ cup frozen mixed berries
ü 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
ü ½ a berry flavoured Weight Watchers jelly (pre-set)
ü Water or milk for mixing, if neccesary
Instructions 1. Place berries into a blender
2. Add the jelly
3. Blend until roughly combined (this is where sometimes you need a bit of extra liquid)
4. Add the protein power and blend until smooth and thick.
5. Sthingy into a desert bowl or cup and enjoy!
