PINA COLADA
3 Ice Cubes
100ml water
100ml diet lemonade
3 scoops Body Shape Plus Vanilla
2-3 tablesthingys crushed pineapple (in juice)
Pour the lemonade and water in to a blender, and then add the other ingredients.
Blend for 45 seconds
ORANGE PARFAIT
3 Ice Cubes
100ml Orange Juice
100ml Diet Lemonade
3 scoops Body Shape Plus Vanilla
Pour the fluids in to a blender then add remaining ingredients and blend for 45 seconds
COFFEE SUPREME(Low Fat/Low Carb)
1-2 tsp Coffee
1 Cup of Ice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
3 Scoops of Body Shape Plus Vanilla
1 Cup of Trim Milk
Blend Ice in Blender until mushy. Add Vanilla Essence, Coffee, Body Shape Plus and Cinnamon then blend until mixed well. Garnish with Flakes of low fat chocolate.
BERRY BLAST(Low Fat)
1 Cup of Ice
1 Cup of Mixed Berries
2Tlbs of Low Fat Vanilla Ice-Cream
1 Cup of Low Fat Milk
3 Scoops of Strawberry Body Shape
1tsp of Vanilla Essence
1tsp of Cinnamon
Mix Ice until mushy. Add Mixed Berries, Body Shape Plus, Cinnamon, Vanilla Essence, Milk and Ice Cream and Blend until mixed well. Garnish with ½ a strawberry on side of glass.
JAFFA SMOOTHIE
1 Cup of Ice
200ml Cold water
3 scoops Bodyshape Chocolate
1 to 2 tablesthingys of orange weight watchers mousse.
Pour the fluid into a blender, add ice and blend until ice is crushed, then add the other ingredients and blend for 45 seconds.
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE SURPRISE
2 Cups Chilled Skim Milk
3 scoops Bodyshape Chocolate
3 dessertsthingys of low calorie chocolate sauce
Place ingredients in blender and mix well.
COFFEE CHOCOCINO(Low fat/Low Carb)
1 Cup of Ice
200ml of Cold water
1-2 teasthingys instant Coffee
3 scoops of Bodyshape Chocolate
1/2 teasthingy of ground cinnamon.
Blend ice and water, add coffee, Bodyshape Chocolate and cinnamon. Blend for 45 minutes. To make creamy add 2 tablesthingys of natural unsweetened yoghurt.
'PINEAPPLE LUMP DESSERT' (Low Fat)
1/2 cup of natural yoghurt
1 sachet of diet pineapple jelly
2 tblesthingys crushed pineapple in juice
3 scoops Chocolate Bodyshape
100ml Hot Water
100ml Cold Water
Dissolve Jelly crystals in hot water - allow to cool. Add cold water and blend, then yoghurt. Add Bodyshape and blend until mixed then fold in crushed pineapple. Freeze for an hour then remove and whisk. Refreeze until set.
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
1 Cup of Milk
3 scoops of Chocolate Bodyshape
2 tspns of Gelatin
1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
Blend all ingredients until well mixed. Place in a bowl and freeze for 1 hour - Serve
