Ingredients: • 4 ounces fat-free cream cheese • 1/2 cup Splenda • 1 ounce whey protein powder (unflavored or vanilla) • 1/2 cup freshly ground, unsalted peanut butter • 1/2 cup fat-free milk • 8 ounces fat-free Cool Whip Instructions: 1. Beat together cream cheese, Splenda and protein powder. Mix in peanut butter and milk and beat until smooth. 2. Fold in Cool Whip (do not beat). 3. Scoop into four-ounce bowls or glasses and refrigerate for two hours. Nutritional Value (for each 112g serving) Calories: 218 Fat: 10 g Protein: 12 g Carbs: 19 g Cholesterol: 8 mg Fiber: 1 g Makes 6 servings.
