Berry Yogurt Parfait Ingredients: • 2 cups non-fat yogurt, vanilla or lemon flavored • 1 cup blueberries, rinsed and drained • 1 cup strawberries, hulled, rinsed, and drained • 1 cup nugget-style cereal, such as Grape-Nuts Instructions: In single-serving parfait cups, layer yogurt, then berries, then cereal. Berries may be mixed together or each type layered separately. Save a few berries for the top, to garnish. Chill until ready to serve. NOTE: Any berries or fresh fruit may be substituted. You may also add ground flaxseed to the cereal for heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids
