How many of you have tried supplements that have done absolutely nothing for you? I think we've all been suckered into the hype of one supplement or another so I'm interested to know what it was and why you tried it?
Nowadays I try and research every capsule or pill that goes into my mouth because if something doesn't work for me(with the exception of creatine) I won't recommend it to my clients!

I see things from both sides. Obviously there is a lot of supps out there that don't claim to be what they appear to be.
Metaslim is a fatburner that I sell. I have found it to be very effective but I am aware when I sell it that someone can come back and say it doesn't work. I can't control the fact that they also have to exercise and have a clean diet with it.
Also some supps work better with people than others. On the other hand I have paid lots of $$ on fatburners in the past where a standard cup of coffee gives me more energy and a buzz!

But it is very individual and as stated before supplements work differently for everyone.

I have 1 customer who competes in the IFBB heavies and he buys vanadyl sulphate of me. He is not sponsored by me or the product he is buying but has had great results with VS. Now he is on everything insulin, GH you name it. and he uses a shitty supp and pays for it with his own cash.

Eggs zackery littlerunt.
I think the trouble is, alot of people buy these products and expect to wake up the next morning looking like Dorian Yates. Like anything else it takes time, there is no over night magic preparation out there.
These products are supplements, something added to complete a thing, make up for a deficiency, or extend or strengthen the whole. Something that completes or makes an addition {dietary supplements}

exactly Chyna-I only put the researched supplements in my mouth(and even then I am cautious).
