As most of you will know by now,I can't take anything with caffeine or guarana in it due to my meds-I have heard that guggul is good for raising the metabolic rate...has anybody ever tried it???

Pass used supplements that had it in it. Is there such a thing as stimulant free fatburners?

I guess its just a term Lisa-and I don't really call them fat burners myself,just energy enhancers  I just can't take caffeine/synephrine or any such ingredients. |

You can also try Green Tea tablets by a company called Fusion. Dymatize sells the Guggul on its own. Also an aussie company called Next Generation make a green tea based fat burner called MegaSlim www.nextgenerationsupplements.com/ |
